Can be used over epoxy, lacquer, latex paint, oil enamel, polyurethane, varnish, and factory finishes. Can be applied over glossy surfaces without sanding. Self-priming over most surfaces. Low VOC. Water based formula dries to a hard, resilient finish. Size 1 quart.
